Meal Plan and Meal Delivery Subscriptions

Know how once you start noticing something you see it everywhere?   Recently, my eyes have been opened to meal plan and meal delivery subscriptions.  Does anyone belong to these subscriptions?  If so, how do you like them?

I have noticed two different kinds the meal plan and the meal delivery.

Meal Plan

How it works?

You get to choose your eating style like classic, vegetarian, gluten free etc.  and some let you choose your family size and other variables.  Then, are given a dinner meal plan for the week with recipes and a grocery list.  The Fresh 20 has a lunch option whereas the eMeals has breakfast, lunch and dessert options all for additional costs.

Who is it for?

These are designed for busy families.  But they do have options for one person and couples.

Cost?

The Fresh 20 costs $5/month bought in 3 month increments or $54 for the year.  eMeals is $30/3 months, $48/6 months ore $58/12 months.
